Cancellation Policy

Please take a moment to read this before booking.

To honour the time of both our therapists and clients on our waitlist, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, may be charged the full treatment fee, which will need to be paid before your next booking.

We absolutely understand that life can be unpredictable. If something unforeseen arises, please don’t hestitate to speak to your therapist or reach out to Kellie directly. We’ll always consider individual circumstances with compassion.

In cases where appointments are missed or cancelled at very short notice on more than one occasion, we may request prepayment for future bookings.
